You and your partner are obsessed with labels.
Your relationship is like a botanical garden, where everything has a name, a reason, and a category.
Stop making each other dizzy, and try to realize that the true complexity of love and even pleasure and desire can’t be categorized.
There isn’t just one good guy and one bad guy, a guilty person and a victim, god, and the devil.
You guys are limiting yourselves with strict rules. This could end up making you feel like you’re suffocating each other or even yourselves.
You should put this energy that you’re putting into arguing, into setting the record straight, and so many other things that you should be enjoying with one another.
When was the last time that you looked at one another lovingly, in silence, and nothing more? Why have you forgotten the times when you used to enjoy the simple things together?
You’re anxious to achieve success in the workplace, and you’re putting your blood, sweat, and tears into reaching this.
Remember that you work to live, not the other way around. Don’t isolate yourself. You’re not open 24 hours for business.
You really implicate yourself in your work. This is important to your wellbeing and helps you to grow, but, you need to take your foot off the gas a little.
You’re going to realize that something’s not working right, and you’ll see what you can do to improve the situation. Your wisdom will keep your productiveness from slowing down or seeming compromised.
But please, stop overwhelming yourself by thinking that no one appreciates what you do, it’s not true.
This Saturday you’ll have two goals that begin with ‘s’: socialize and silence.
You have to get out. You’re in a comfort zone where loneliness is turning you into hermit-like being. It’s hard for you to come out of your cave. So, you’ll promise yourself to get out more and talk to your loved ones.
And you’re going to put your cellphone on silent. Give yourself a moment away from all of the messages, e-mails, phone calls, and everything else.
You’re highly dependent on social media, for work, and because of friends that live elsewhere. Why don’t you focus more on what you have right here and now?
