You need to buy, consume, acquire objects and goods that you really don't need, and that in the best case they will be stored in a drawer without anyone touching them or using them.
What if you spend that rest time on more productive things, or at least, that allow you to rest?
Read a book, take a course to improve your work capacity, whatever you want! But stop making yourself anxious with things you shouldn't buy, if you want to watch over your economy.
This Saturday your immune system isn't on a 100% of its capabilities.
This doesn't mean you're going to lie in bed, sick, or anything like that.
It's enough for you to avoid polluting agents around you that can weaken you.
In particular, beware of household products such as insecticides, chlorine and other irritants, which can affect your skin or respiratory tract.
Also, read the instructions well if you are going to try new beauty treatments, because you could apply them badly and cause unnecessary skin irritations.
